    Psychotherapy is a safe speech space for the patient, who can express himself freely without fearing judgment or criticism from the therapist. Many individuals experience suffering in their lives, either due to a specific event or in a generalized way. CBT psychotherapy aims to understand the patient's thoughts, emotions and behaviors, so that they can work on their difficulties and value their strengths.

    Psychotherapy is a process without a defined number of meetings, which vary depending on the patient's demand. In CBT, this process tends to be shorter, but the pace of care always seeks to respect the patient's time.

    Sessions can be held in person, in Campinas, or online. For this type of service, some information is important:

    - Sessions can be held through video calls on Google Meet or Skype platforms. Thus, you must have access to the internet and an electronic device such as a computer, cell phone or tablet.

    - It is important that you are in a comfortable and private environment so that you feel free to share what you want. Thus, we continue to maintain the confidentiality of the sessions, guaranteed by the psychologist's Code of Ethics.
